User Dials Into The ENFORCER® Inmate IVR

This call flow enables a facility security officer to place a brief check-in call to report that they have completed a visual security check in each inmate area in the correctional facility. That officer’s supervisor can then access call records from every phone station where the security officer checks in to ensure that periodic security rounds have been completed.

This call flow enables an investigator or other law enforcement officer to listen in on an inmate call and optionally terminate the call. This capability requires that a Monitor Alert is defined for the inmate or the called party number, as well as the investigator's or officer's phone number.

Although the enrollment of new inmates to use The ENFORCER® often takes place in a booking or intake area of the facility, this call flow enables an ICSolutions® resource or an agency booking officer to temporarily convert a standard inmate calling phone station to an Enrollment station. This function enables inmates to enroll for a new or optional ENFORCER® function, such as inmate voice verification, without requiring every inmate to reenroll in the booking/intake area.
